Suitable for people who have not walked much before, who are looking to be more active, or are returning from injury or illness. These walks also offer the opportunity for people to increase their activity levels and are generally 20-30 minutes in duration. Most of these walk will be on flat ground and therefore may be suitable for wheelchairs and buggy walkers.
For people who have undertaken a number of Starter Walks and are now looking to take their next step to something a little more challenging. These walks are approximately 60 minutes in duration and can include some steps, stiles and uneven surfaces.
Longer Walks, intended for people who are used to walking or have undertaken a number of Short Walks. These walks will be about 90 minutes in duration, and will include some steps, stiles and uneven surfaces.
Longer Walks but taken at a faster pace, intended for people who have undertaken a number of Long Walks but prefer a faster pace. These walks will be about 90 minutes in duration, and will include some steps, stiles and uneven surfaces.
