Barrow Baptist Church, as part of the Soar Valley Community Food Project, has been operating a foodbank for over two years now.

If you need support, let the church know by Sunday evening of the week before you want to use the bank. They will arrange a parcel for you to collect from the Gap (the building at the back of the Church) on a Tuesday morning. At the same time, you are invited to have a chat and a hot drink in a nice warm building. You don’t need to be a member of the Baptist Church to enjoy this sociable time.

If you are able to donate towards the food bank (tinned and dried food, toiletries, some cleaning supplies and pet food), please leave your donations on the table at the rear of the church or take them to the donation station in the Co-op.If you want to find out more, phone: 07395 902961
