Give your health a shake-up with Forever Living

 Sarolta

If you tried and failed your January New Year’s Resolutions about dieting or fitness, do not fret!  With spring around the corner bringing enticing sunshine and fresh produce, this is a much better time to give your health a shake-up.  Getting outside for walks or runs is an excellent start, so is adding more fresh, seasonal fruit and veg to your diet.

Or, to take it one step further, you may choose to invest in a support program, like the ones Forever Living offers.  The Forever product range is based on the nutritional benefits of the inner-leaf gel of the tropical aloe vera plant, which contains an amazing number of health giving nutritional and medicinal ingredients, including vitamins, minerals, amino-acids, enzymes and many, many more!  You can’t buy the range in shops as they are sold only through their consultants.

Sarolta Batki is a local Forever Living business owner who helps people with health and wellbeing using aloe vera based products.  If weight loss is your aim, she would start with discussing your general health, gut health, dietary patterns, and motivation for the weight loss.  The Forever product range has weight management programs, the most famous of which is the nine-day F.I.T C9, which is a calorie-controlled diet and exercise plan, designed to start you off on your weight loss journey.  The C9 box contains aloe vera drinking gel, nutritional supplements, soy protein shake and an instruction booklet including meal recipes.  You will need to prepare by buying your fruit and vegetables, and milk or milk alternative.  The program is personalised to make sure you enjoy your meals and you are supported in a way that works for you.

The Forever Living approach is always about long term good health and wellbeing, with natural products to support you inside and out.
