This year saw another successful and fun Scarecrow Festival around the village.
Mary Poppins won 1st prize with three close winners sliding up the bannisters after her. (see photos below)

There were also three special awards:

• Flint Lane for their olympics theme.
• The dinosaur on Holbourne Close for his wonderful imaginative fundraising
• Marianne Close for a wonderful theme.
