Summer finally seems to be with us. We’ve gone from flooding to the northern lights and as I write this, it’s beautifully sunny so here’s hoping for a good summer.
There are summer ideas for children and adults – activities, readings and walks. You can find out all about the local metal detectorists or get inspired with some Indian crafts. Don’t forget to come along and enjoy the Party in the Park this year on Saturday 15th June.
We celebrate the success of Barrow’s young cricketers and ask you to consider whether you could contribute to Barrow’s other young people by becoming a governor of Hall Orchard School.
We hope you are able to take your Barrow Voice into the garden – into the sun or shade – and enjoy reading the articles that so many different people have written for this issue. If you have an idea that you would like to write about – or you would like
someone else to write for you, please get in touch but don’t leave it to the last minute.
