Barrow-based author, Laura Pearson who featured in Barrow Voice’s winter 2023 issue, recently launched her seventh novel – The Many Futures of Maddy Hart – from the function room of the Soar Bridge Inn. Laura said it was “nice and busy” and she did a reading with the help of fellow author, Lauren North.

Laura’s other novels include: ‘Missing Pieces’; ‘I Wanted to You to Know’; ‘Nobody’s Wife’; ‘The Last List of Mabel Beaumont’; ‘The Life and Loves of Becca Valentine’ and ‘The Day Shelley Woodhouse Woke Up’.
